PHARR - Pharr-San Juan-Alamo ISD (PSJA ISD) alumni signed a letter of intent to continue his swimming career at the collegiate level for The University of Texas Permian Basin on July, 25. 

Isaac Velasquez, a recent graduate from Southwest Early College has been swimming for numerous years and has been awarded and recognized multiple times for his accomplishments in the sport.

His accolades include: 

• 4x District Champ
• 4x Regional Champ
• 2x Athlete of the Meet
• 4x State Qualifier 

Isaac was a part of our Early College Program and plans to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
