Three more PSJA Bear Athletes sign to continue their careers at the collegiate level

SAN JUAN - Three PSJA Early College High School athletes have recently signed letters of intent to continue their wrestling, football career at the collegiate level. 
Congratulations to:
Jesus Ceja - Wrestler at PSJA Early College High School - 
Jesus was the 2021 Team Captain for the Bear Boys Wrestling Team. He is a three-time Regional Qualifier and a District Champion, as well as the alternate to the State Meet. 
Jesus is a hard worker and great leader. His efforts have earned him a scholarship to Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, Iowa where he will be on the wrestling team, and plans to pursue a degree in Business Finance.

Priscilla Luevano - Wrestler at PSJA Early College High School - 

Priscilla has committed to the Wrestling Program at Lyon College in Arkansas. She is 4-year lettermen for the Lady Bears Varsity Wrestling Team. During her time at Bears, she has been a 3-year Individual and Team District Champion. She is a 3-time Regional Qualifier, a Regional Bronze Medalist, and a State Qualifier.

Priscilla is also proud of being a part of the 2018-2019 Lady Bears Wrestling Team that finished 3rd in Region 4. She has loved being a part of the Lady Bears team and looks forward to wrestling at Lyon College while she pursues a degree in Biology in preparation for the Dentistry Program.

Joshua Sanchez - Football Athlete at PSJA Early College High School - 
Joshua has committed to play football at Judson University in Elgin, Illinois. Joshua is 3-year lettermen but has worked hard since he was a freshman. He has been outstanding on the football field, the powerlifting platform and the wrestling mats, as well as in academics and being an around great student. His Bear Family wishes him good luck and many blessings as he continues his journey of achievement and greatness.
