Over a dozen PSJA ISD educators named to Renaissance National Honor Roll for accelerating students’ growth in reading

PHARR, TEXAS— Fifteen educators from Carmen Anaya Elementary and McKeever Elementary in Pharr-San Juan-Alamo ISD (PSJA ISD) have been named to the 2019 Renaissance National Honor Roll for outstanding performance in advancing student’s achievement in reading. 

 

The educators earned the prestigious recognition by guiding effective implementation of the independent reading practice in Accelerated Reader 360, a K-12 program that motivates students and personalizes reading practice while enabling educators to monitor comprehension and growth.
