All Employees requesting personal leave days shall now submit online requests using the

PSJA Employee Access Center

Log-in (Please log in with your email credentials without the @psjaisd.us)

Once you are logged in, a list of options appears on the left hand side.

CLICK ON: Employee forms at the bottom of column

CLICK ON: Request for Personal Leave

Form appears already pre-filled with employee’s information.

Select day(s) requested

CLICK: SUBMIT (By Clicking the submit button, employee agrees that his or her typed name shall serve as the Employee’s digital signature.)

** Form will be sent electronically to Supervisor and then electronically to Superintendent for Final Approval.
** Payroll and campus/department will also be receiving form automatically – electronically once Superintendent Approves.

Please present the new social security card with the updated name to the payroll department. The name will be updated as shown on your social security card.

No faxes or social security receipts will be accepted. Original signed social security cards only.

Direct Deposit is Mandatory for all district employees
