Open Enrollment
Open Enrollment for 2026–2027
The open enrollment period for the 2026–2027 plan year will take place from August 1 – August 28, 2026.
All employees must actively participate by electing or waiving benefits online during this period. Employees who do not complete their elections by the deadline may default to no coverage or have their prior elections carried forward, depending on the benefit plan.
Benefits chosen during open enrollment are effective September 1, 2026 and will remain in effect for the entire plan year unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event—such as marriage, birth or adoption of a child, loss of other coverage, or divorce. Employees experiencing a Qualifying Life Event must notify the Benefits Department within 30 days of the event and submit the required documentation to make changes outside of open enrollment.
For assistance with enrollment, plan selection, or life event changes, contact the Benefits Department at: 956-354-2029
