Office of Employee Relations
Our goal is to increase productivity and morale to positively impact student achievement. Our office counsels district employees on effective employee standards of conduct and employment practices as outlined in District policy. The purpose of the Employee Relations Department is to foster employee-employer relationships by maintaining professional standards of conduct.
Our Office is also responsible for assisting with or conducting employee investigations of alleged misconduct, coordinating and interpreting board policy, administrative procedures and serves as a trusted resource to the district administrators regarding various employee discipline issues.
Our swift and consistent action to allegations of misconduct reinforce our desire to maintain a safe, positive and productive environment for our students and employees.
