What We Do

The Grant Management Department is responsible for assisting PSJA ISD in participating within federal, state, local, and private competitive grants.

Our department assists in the following ways:

• Locates and identifies funding sources and opportunities
• Seeks approval to proceed with grant opportunities after alignment with district initiatives 
• Coordinates interactions/planning among those responsible for implementations
• Develops grants through custom-designed technical assistance
• Monitors grant projects and assists project managers
• Provides a central location for development and dissemination of grants information
• Assists with grant compliance for federal, state, and other funding
• Distributes updates to Leadership team, keeping them informed of recently awarded programs,
• proposals under development and upcoming grants
• Grant writing services
