What are your goals and aspirations?
In the future, I want to bring economic growth to socio-economic disadvantaged communities. To do this, I want to involve myself with the organizations that lead and have the power to create this change. I hope to one day work with the United Nations or the World Trade Organization to create this change on a global scale. Despite that, that isn’t where I want my future to end or what excites me most. The most exhilarating dream and a goal that I have is to create this change within my own country and serve as the US Secretary of Treasury and everything I do from the moment I step into my college life, would be to work towards that thrill. Thus, I will involve myself in college as much as I can, taking the opportunities that would serve as a stepping stone to future change.

How was your experience at PSJA?
Growing up in PSJA I never truly understood the unique opportunities that were offered to me. As a senior now, I realize how much I’ve accomplished and how much I have left to do. Without PSJA ISD, none of that would’ve been possible. Without PSJA, I would not be graduating with a Dual Language, Associates Degree, or even a Capstone Diploma. My experience has been unique in its own way and I would not change a single thing.
What has the PSJA Early College Program done for you?
Being a first generation American, college has a different meaning. It’s almost as if it were this goldmine that few achieve. However, the PSJA Early College Program made that dream come much sooner. This past December, I was able to graduate with my associates in Business Administration. I can officially say that I graduated from college before obtaining my high school diploma. Through the program I was able to delve into a variety of subjects and discover my true passion for business and economics.
What would you say to your PSJA Family?
Thank you PSJA Family, every single one you either contributed to my life and my future or contribute to that of another student. Without the amazing web of support and encouragement, none of us would be able to accomplish much. No matter where the future takes me or what path I decide to take, I’ll always have PSJA, mi familia.
