What are your goals and aspirations?
In ten years from now, I envision mysef working at the New York Times, slowly making my way up the ladder toward that coveted Editor-in-Chief position. As a natural-born writer, I find it hard to stay in one field, so I'd also see myself writing during my own time novels and screenplays in order to feed my creativity in other forms.

Awards/Honors:
1st Place UIL Journalism- Headline Writing, Editorial Writing, & Feature Writing, 1st Place Battle of the Books Team competition, and 2016 Student of the Week in The Monitor

How was your Early College experience?
Every student I have encountered has had a thirst for knowledge because of PSJA's constant aid. Overall, PSJA is doing a fantastic job at educating children and as a result helping improve our communities.

What would be your message for underclassmen?
It's not always about who's the smartest, but who wants it more, who desires it like no other. Throughout your journey, never forget who you are and where you come from. Be proud of your culture and history.

What would you say to your PSJA Family?
I'd like to thank all PSJA administrators, staff and teachers for always making me feel like you cared. I was never the smartest or the most outgoing of kids growing up, but my teachers never failed to encourage me. It was because of them and my family that I have achieved what I have solely on hard work and dedication. It's been nothing short of a blessing to have attended PSJA schools throughout most of my lifetime and I thank every single person who has helped me along the way.
