What are your goals and aspirations?
Growing up in San Juan has fostered my passion for helping an impoverished community located in one of the poorest counties in the nation by allowing me to have a firsthand look at the struggles of immigrants. Through an education and career in international relations, I want to bring an awareness to the conditions immigrants go through.  The Syrian migrant crisis impacting Europe and the threat to the security of our American borders is something I am eager to find solutions to with leaders around the world

Awards/Honors:
AP Scholar with Distinction, 2015 RYLA Delegate, 2015 American Auxiliary Texas Bluebonnet Girls State Delegate, 2015 October Rotary Couple, 2015 October Kiwanis Couple, 2016 Border Patrol Head of Class, 5th Place 2015 UIL State Latino History Essay Competition, 2015 District 32-5A UIL Spelling and Vocabulary Champion, 2015 Texas State Solo and Ensemble Qualifier, UTPA 2013 Tex-PREP 3 Valedictorian

How was your Early College experience?

I can honestly say that teachers like the ones found at PSJA are invaluable and rare finds. Our counseling staff is one of the most cohesive and dedicated groups I have ever had the privilege to work with. This, of course, is a result of the passion and vision that Dr. King and his Cabinet have instilled in our educators.

What would you say to your PSJA Family?
PSJA is a special place that I have the honor to call home, and, with great Bear pride, I can now call myself a PSJA alumni and will continue our family tradition. Our PSJA family is one rooted in tradition that goes back a hundred years. It remains strong and united through many memories, achievements, and milestones shared amongst us. Heartfelt thanks to all the administration, faculty, and staff that have helped me since elementary.

What would be your message for underclassmen?
Every single second, minute, and hour in and out of the classroom counts. You are now part of an elite early college program and you must conduct yourself accordingly.
