PSJA ISD Leadership Values
First developed during the 2017-2018 school year through a comprehensive approach that engaged several members of the PSJA Family, the Spirit of PSJA is Pharr-San Juan-Alamo ISD’s definition of effective and impactful leadership. The definition was recently revamped and simplified during the 2023-2024 school year to reflect PSJA ISD's aspirations to provide opportunities for all.
The purpose of the PSJA ISD Leadership Values is to guide the district’s efforts in developing current and future leaders. Ultimately, the goal is for these values to inspire and motivate the team towards excellence, enabling each member of the PSJA Family to evaluate their work and potential as they continue to grow as leaders within their roles, and to make an impact in their community and beyond.
