About the PSJA ISD Employee Clinic

The PSJA ISD Employee Clinic brings high-quality, convenient, and free medical services to your workplace. You can receive personalized primary care services with a licensed physician and in most cases you're in and out the door in about 30 minutes.

 

Primary Care Service Includes

 

• Chronic Condition Management such as Diabetes,
• Cholesterol, High Blood Pressure and Asthma
• Acute illness (cough, cold, flu, sore throat, earache and more)
• Allergies and Sinus Problems
• Upper Respiratory Infections
• Routine Annual Exams and Screenings
• Lab Services
• Strains, sprains and musculoskeletal problems
• Nausea/vomiting
• Urinary Tract Infections
• Rashes
• Minor cuts, burns and rashes
• Workers' Comp-First Report of Injury
• Vaccinations, including Flu Shots, Tetanus
• (Pre-employment or renewal), Hepatitis A/B, etc.
• COVID 19 Testing

 

How to prepare for your first visit:

• Bring your valid ID and BBS insurance card
• Print and complete new patient forms
• Please bring a copy of your medical records if applicable
• Please bring all of your medications to your first clinic visit (in the original container):
   -Prescription medicines
  -Over-the-counter meds you buy without a prescription (like ibuprofen, Zyrtec®, or cold medicine)
  -Ointments or creams
   -Bottles of drops
   -Inhalers
   -Injections
   -Vitamins and herbal medicines
   -Any medication questions you may have

Clinic visits are free for those enrolled in the medical insurance plan!
