New PSJA Ag Facility

New 38,000 square foot facility to include space for 81 hop pens and 54 large animal pens and animal wash areas. Equipped with adequate storage areas with cabinets for students, student/staff restrooms & office.  Also includes a small 8,000 square foot arena for small shows and an exercise area.

PSJA North Baseball Field Improvements

Complete renovations of baseball fields at PSJA Southwest, North & Memorial with synthetic turf at the infield and new sprinkler and sod at the outfield.  Complete renovation of softball fields at PSJA ECHS, Memorial & North with new synthetic turf for the entire field.  Also new masonry low-wall backstop with 4-pole netting system at each field.

Carman & Livas Playground Improvements

This projects consist of parking lot addition, 5’ wide decomposed granite walking trail with lighting, restroom facility, 2 full size basketball courts with lighting, exercise area and grass play areas with new grass and sprinkler system.  Carman will have a new playscape system.

PSJA ECHS & Memorial Re-Roofing

This project consists of the complete roof replacement of the flat roof areas at Memorial and the roof over-lay of the metal roofed areas (Gyms & Fieldhouse) at PSJA ECHS. Project also includes the replacement if the clearstory windows a PSJA ECHS center court area & Memorial Library.

This project consist of the complete replacement of the HVAC system at Clover & Garcia Elementary Schools and HVAC addition to the hallways.  At Doedyns the project consist of the addition of HVAC system to the Hallways.

PSJA North ECHS & Dr. King College and University Center Restroom Renovations and Science Labs Renovations

This project consist of the complete renovation of the student restrooms at PSJA North ECHS.  New plumbing fixtures and accessories, toilet partitions and floor and walls finishes.  This project also includes the renovations of 3 sets of restrooms at the Dr. King C&U Center and the renovation of 4 dual credit science labs equipped with new casework, student and teacher stations & fume hoods.

New PSJA ISD Swimming Facilities

This Project includes a new outdoor 25-yard x 25-meter pool and a 3-lane x 25-yard instructional pool at both PSJA ECHS & Memorial.  Pools are covered by a metal canopy.  Each facility includes student locker room areas, restrooms for students and visitors.  Bleachers for spectators, a coach office with locker area, and a multipurpose classroom.  Each facility includes a new parking lot.

This Project consists of the complete re-roofing of the entire campus.  Multiply PVC roof with a 20-year warranty.

Elvis J. Ballew Renovations & Parking lot improvements

This project consist of the complete removal and replacement of the existing parking lot, new playground and canopy for the daycare, new entry canopy, exterior paint and replacement of entry façade metal panels.  The project also includes an outdoor eating area for the campus.

Buell Central & Clover Elementary RE-Roofing

This Project consist of the Re-roofing of both campuses.  Multiply PVC roof with a 20 year warranty.

PSJA ISD & City Of Pharr Aquatic Center

This project consist of a new fully enclosed natatorium to include a 25 yard x 50 meter pool, diving pool with drive platforms, student dressing/locker areas, visitor restrooms & spectator seating area for 1,000.

PSJA North ECHS Courtyard Improvements
