Mission Statement
PSJA Thomas Jefferson T-STEM Early College High School will provide advanced educational opportunities with an emphasis on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics to all students so that they may graduate within a four-year period with an Associate Degree or college credit; thus, instilling the immediate desire for further post-secondary education to produce well-rounded community leaders.
Vision StatementAt PSJA Thomas Jefferson T-STEM Early College High School, our vision is to produce highly motivated students that have an equal opportunity to earn an Associate's Degree and pursue higher education to become independent learners, contributing citizens, and well-rounded leaders.
Objective and Goals
The main goal and objective of T-STEM ECHS is to provide an instructional atmosphere that promotes college readiness through an academic design that articulates clear degree plans and pathways in the STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). These degree plans will include the 42 credit hour academic core curriculum plus 18 credit hours in the specific fields of study.
