New PSJA Ag Facility
New 38,000 square foot facility to include space for 81 hop pens and 54 large animal pens and animal wash areas. Equipped with adequate storage areas with cabinets for students, student/staff restrooms & office. Also includes a small 8,000 square foot arena for small shows and exercise area.

Carman & Livas Playground Improvements
This projects consist of parking lot addition, 5’ wide decomposed granite walking trail with lighting, restroom facility, 2 full size basketball courts with lighting, exercise area and grass play areas with new grass and sprinkler system. Carman will have a new playscape system.

PSJA North ECHS Courtyard Improvements - COMPLETED
This project consists of the complete renovation of the interior courtyards of the campus. The improvements include new drainage storm system, landscape and sprinkler system, new pavers and stone walkways, clock tower and monument sign.

PSJA ECHS & Memorial Re-Roofing
This project consists of the complete roof replacement of the flat roof areas at Memorial and the roof over-lay of the metal roofed areas (Gyms & Fieldhouse) at PSJA ECHS. Project also includes the replacement if the clearstory windows a PSJA ECHS center court area & Memorial Library.
