PSJA ISD Guidelines to Distribute Flyers and Other Printed Materials

  • The Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Independent School District will consider requests to distribute information to students from non-profit, profit, civic, and cultural organizations, which provide youth-oriented activities and/or programs. 

    • Each entity wanting to distribute flyers to PSJA ISD students MUST provide a current 501 (c) (3) IRS letter or Tax ID unless the organization is one of our Tri-City partners (The Cities of Pharr, San Juan and Alamo)
    • Flyers should not contain advertising logos or promotions for any business/organization other than the approved agency submitting the flyer
    • Agencies MUST bundle printed materials based on selected number of distributions 
    • Agencies MUST fill out the "Application for Community Flyer Posting" and attach the flyer and 501 (c) (3) letter for verification

Flyer Online Sharing

  • Flyers and materials regarding student and/or staff activities or learning opportunities with a direct connection to the curriculum may be submitted below.

    Online Flyer Application:

    Approved flyers will be shared to PSJA staff and community through internal social media outlets.
