Creating Pathways of Success for High School Special Needs Students
About the Pathways Toward Independence Program
Pathways Toward Independence is an adult transition program for students with special needs age 18-21. The program focuses on developing students to their fullest potential addressing employability skills and independent functioning skills. An integral component of our program ensures students are prepared to enter the workforce and become contributing members of their community. A partnership with South Texas College allows us to provide instruction in continuing education courses.
